Order Dispatching and Shipping Time

We're currently experiencing high order volume. Please expect shipping delays of up to 7-10 business days due to pressures on the logistics due to COVID-19.  We are hard at work to ship your order as soon we are able.  Thank you for your patience.

All products are shipped out of our Mississauga, Ontario Warehouse by Canada Post. 

Proteq will fulfil all online orders within the stated fulfilment timeline, however, external factors with third-party delivery services may result in shipment delays. We will make every effort to work with you as the customer and the delivery service, however, once a package leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee the delivery date.

Please note that specific areas may experience delivery delays based on local conditions due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. As an example, the immense flooding in British Columbia has caused significant damage to cities and roadways, which has put significant pressure on the logistics and shipment schedules. Please be cognizant of the fact that your delivery may be impacted.

Important notice regarding COVID-19 Test Device sale for US Customers:

Please note that BTNX Rapid Response COVID-19 Antigen Test devices are not sold outside of Canada, specifically to customers in the USA or shipped to the USA. 

 Approximate Dispatching Times:

We would do our best to fulfil your orders and dispatch in 1-3 days. There could be exceptions where there are global supply challenges or pandemic related manufacturing bottlenecks. 

Canada & US: 1-7 Business days 

Approximate shipping times:

  • Canada: 1-7 Business days 
  • USA: 2-10 Business days

Shipping Time

All products are shipped out of our Mississauga, Ontario Warehouse by Canada Post or UPS. 

You will be given the option to choose from the multiple shipping services of Canada Post. However we may use Canada Post or UPS as our shipping provider. 

Tracking

All orders given with the expedited and express parcel option will be mailed by Canada Post or UPS's Expedited Parcel service and be given a tracking number. The tracking number will be provided to you once the item(s) have been shipped within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive your tracking number within 2 business days, please contact us at info@proteq.ca.
